The Reider Cup - The Original and the Best
THE Annual golf tournament in Scotland was initially born in 1999 as a singles tournament before evolving into the current team format in 2001 in a manly gathering for Ross Reids wedding. Two honourable teams of fine upstanding gentlemen(White and Black) battle for the MIGHTY Reider Cup in a fiercely contested match. The reward for the highest individual score is the STAG Quaich however "The Spoon" is also some consolation for the unlucky soul in last place. There can be only one!

Who had a petted lip. I brought home a point to maintain my (almost) 100% record in the Reider Cup. Just let's not go into who took away that record. Mind you I did have the curse of Stevie "Jonah" McCreadie that year so hardly surprising I lost...
That's true actually, you were very magnanimous on Saturday. Now talking about 100% records...
Yeah, yeah. But lets put it into perspective. Who has been dossing about for 2 years playing golf and travelling the world - Even I would get consistent doing that!
Fair comment... although I was still working when we played at Whitemoss!!!
Aye. And I had the McCreadie factor on that day.
I thought you were working these days?
Do you have time to check nonsensical golf blogs?
Wait till the photos start rolling in.....
I am going to get a good one of you looking silly
I was 'working from home' today!!! Can't get past the IT Nazis at work to get into Blogger. Don't you have a silly photo of me dressed up as you?
Aye, maybe somewhere. Got a couple of corkers of the 2006 white captain that I will dig out as well....
